What’s your favorite part about what you do?

Trying to find a new employee can be an intimidating and overwhelming process, I’ve been there! So being able to support companies in their search and helping them connect with the talent that is going to help them succeed is an awesome feeling.

Innovate and Learn Continuously. I feel like we’re constantly learning new things from our clients and the open company culture at CareerPlug makes it really easy to contribute and participate in discussions that will improve the product for them. Plus, I studied entrepreneurship in college so I think this is a value companies at every stage should focus on.

What do you do outside of work that makes you awesome?

I have my own, and I’m involved in a couple of other music projects in Austin so I stay pretty busy with all of those!

What’s your favorite hometown meal?

I’ve lived in a few places so I don’t associate any particular place with being my “hometown” but I went to school in Winston-Salem, NC and Milner’s was one of my favorite restaurants. They are experts when it comes to southern cuisine, everything on the menu is outstanding!
